Just Dessert

And now back to the loving…..

Just Dessert

When he enters
she will be cooking
With an apron
and nothing else
he begins with a kiss
On her nape
his hand cups her breast
then he pours chocolate

She gasps
she was waiting
all day for this
she shuts her eyes
his hand moves
down her belly
she trembles
at his firmness

he pins her
against the counter
he takes her
and she smiles
because she
needed to be taken
they baptize the floor
what are kitchens for

they lick
they touch
slip and slide
as they make love
hunger satisfied
forget about dinner
they wanted
just dessert

    • LOL Geetha I had to lighten up a little after my day yesterday. At the end of the day I was literally shaking from the stress. My Ex started chemo yesterday. More bad news about how far the cancer spread. Had to fight with my daughter’s university about credits they didn’t want to accept. And her financial aide. Then, my friend hysterical all day about her terrible love life. Then, wife pouting because I didn’t have time for her.
But guess what? The sun came out today. Even our worse days, are only 24 hours. Hopefully the mush can return tonight.

  1. You may not believe this but somehow, this gets re-translated as we grow older into a hand-in-hand stroll, on a sunny day, and an Ice cream cone.:0) lol! I read a book once called “The River of Hidden Dreams” that described mature romance in a truthful, delightful way. Things do change and we cheat ourselves when we get stuck holding on to what we’ve always known and miss embracing the beauty of the present.

  2. I didn’t make it past the image but I am sure the poetry (it was poetry, right? not prose?) was great, too. I am kidding of course. I love it! For once, his just dessert is what he always felt he deserved (her too). God, where’s my dark chocolate?
